4. Fees and Payment

Mutual Fund Advisory Fees

For mutual fund advisory services, fees are typically calculated as a percentage of assets under advisory, as detailed in your individual advisory agreement.

Insurance Commission

For insurance products, we receive commission from insurance companies as per IRDAI guidelines.

All fees and commissions are clearly outlined in your client agreement and are subject to regulatory guidelines.

5. Investment Risks

All investments in mutual funds and securities involve risk, including the possible loss of principal. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results. Asset Finserv does not guarantee any specific investment returns.

We will work with you to understand your risk tolerance and develop an appropriate investment strategy, but we cannot eliminate investment risk entirely. Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks.

6. Intellectual Property

The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, and other matters related to our site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights. The copying, redistribution, use, or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the site is strictly prohibited.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall take place in Kayamkulam, Kerala, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
